- It remains the responsibility of the intending customer to obtain complete information that will help them make informed decisions and follow set guidelines regarding the rental or outright purchase of our products or services.
- Customers may avail the various channels to obtain information: website, phone call, WhatsApp, email or visit to the physical store.
- Customers should endeavour to confirm all fittings either by following the guidelines outlined on the website or visit to the physical store for consultations.
- It is expected that a booking is confirmed with payment at least 2 weeks to the customer’s scheduled event date. This helps to ensure all provisions are put in place ahead of time.
- When a customer makes a deposit or full payment towards any of our products or services, Rentasuit will see fit to immediately deploy funds/resources to book and reserve that product or service.
- The customer is required to make a security deposit of N10,000 plus and provide a valid form of identification before any of our suit(s) and/or accessories can be taken out of our store.
- We expect that the customer would have confirmed arrangements to have the suit(s) and/or accessories picked up or delivered latest by 2 days before the scheduled event date.
- The customer bears the cost of delivery or pick up.
- Once items have left our store, we give up to 48 hours to notify us of items that do not fit.
- Customers out of Lagos, items will be delivered a week before the scheduled event date.
- Rented items must be returned not later than 2 days after scheduled event date. Each extra day after this attracts a fee of N5,000.
- Customers out of Lagos, items must be returned latest by a week after the scheduled event date. Each extra day after this attracts a fee of N5,000.
- A collection process will be instituted for items that have not been returned after a month
- The customer will bear the cost of restoring our items that have been damaged as a result of stains, tear or unwarranted alteration.
- In the event that a customer’s personal items unknowingly accompanies the return package, Rentasuit will attempt to find the said personal items and have them returned accordingly at a cost to the customer. If the items are unable to be found, Rentasuit will assume no liabilities thereof.
