Why rent when I can buy brand new?

Renting is significantly lower in terms of pricing, and comes in very handy especially if you don’t have the convenience of time or cash at hand.

What is the cost of renting?

The costs associated with renting vary depending on the style or grade of the item. Pricing on specific items can be found on the collections page.

How can I be measured?

The guidelines for getting measured are on the website. All measurements should be taken in centimeters. Alternatively, you can schedule a visit to the store to have our representative help out with taking your measurements.

When should I place my order?

We strongly recommend you place your order at least 2 weeks before the scheduled event. This provision helps to avoid any disappointments.

When should I pick up?

Your items should be picked up latest by 3 days to the scheduled event date.

Do you deliver?

Yes, a pick-up and delivery service is available at a cost to the customer.

If any item does not fit, it is important you notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
